VAL YOU offer an affordable recruitment administration service aimed at smaller organisations and groups, which will take the headache out of recruiting. Our expert team have a wealth experience and are on hand to support your organisation through the end-to-end process, ensuring you get the best possible outcome. We have three base packages on offer, each one offering a different level of support and we are able to adapt our packages to meet your needs as well as offering a wide range of extras.

Package One

This package is designed for those at the very start of their recruitment journey or those who just need help with assembling an application pack.

​

The package includes:

  • ​A Job Description Template to be filled with the details of your role

  • A Personal Specification Template to be filled with the essential criteria and desirables of your new hire

  • An Equality & Diversity Monitoring Template

  • An Application Form Template

  • We will make any necessary amendments to the above documents to make sure they suit your needs

  • Your application pack will then be reviewed by our expert staff

Package Two

This package is designed for those who want to make sure they get as many great applicants as possible. By sharing your position across our wide network we can help reach the right person for your role.

The package includes:​

  • Posting your job to the Doing Good Leeds Website​

  • Posting your job to the Leeds City Council Websit

  • Posting your job to any other relevant noticeboard

  • Developing a bespoke social media package for your role to be shared across VAL and VALYOU's social media accounts

  • Fielding, checking and anonymising applications for your role

  • Drawing up a shortlisting form for all applicants to help you make the right choice.

Package Three

Our third package is designed for anyone who wants to take the stress and hassle out of recruiting. We offer a complete service taking you from the beginning of the process to the very end.

As well as everything in Packages 1 & 2, this package includes:​

  • Custom design work to promote your job across VAL and VALYOU's social media and newsletters

  • Drafting and sending interview letters to applicants you'd like to speak to

  • Access to our meeting rooms to conduct your interviews

  • Facilitating interviews on the day including greeting interviewees and setting/monitoring tasks

  • Drafting and sending offer letter

  • Chasing and sending references

  • Informing unsuccessful candidates

All of our packages are flexible and can be adapted to suit your specific needs. We also offer a wide variety of extras which are available to discuss upon request.
